Each swimmer must complete a PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN to enable Sharks to gain their SWIM 21 Accreditation and allow each swimmer to realise their own performance potential and see how their stroke and times improve over a six, twelve month and three year period.
We have arranged four Time Trial sessions on Thursday evenings starting 14th April. This will allow everyone who has not attended any recent swim meets to gain current times.
Session times 6.30 – 8.00 Development swimmers turn up 6.30, Intermediate turn up 7.00, Seniors 7.30pm.
Thursday 14th we will be taking times for - Butterfly Thursday 21st we will be taking times for - Backstroke Thursday 28th we will be taking times for - Brst Stroke Thursday 5th we will be taking times for Bude - Front Crawl
We will be using three lanes during a length swim – thus meaning it will only be a Time Trial session. There will be no training. |
