| On Saturday November 7th a group of swimmers from Bude Sharks travelled to Bodmin for the Bodmin Dragons 12th Annual Open Meet. |
| Land Training starts again |

| The popular Land Training sessions at Budehaven Leisure Centre are set to start again on Wednesday 9th December from 7pm - 8.30pm. |
